Today I started to make the body of my owl for the animal project. I took two pinch pots, scored them, and put them together. Then I added wings and I plan to smooth them out so they look better.

Today I worked on the wheel and I made one bowl. I had a hard time centering the clay which is why I only made one bowl.

Today I made a stamp that you would roll on wet clay and it would make a wavy design. I started over on my animal project and made half of a body for an animal

Today I finished my bolbous pot. I also finished another pot with straight walls and it was a square but I forgot to take a picture. Then I started the body of a sheep for the animal project. I made two pinch pots and put them together for the body, and I did the same for the head.

Today I finished my bowl pinch pot and I added a wavy design where I plan to put two different colors on the bowl. I started my second bulbous pinch pot. I need to work on making the top a little smaller and making the belly bigger

I started one pot before this but it wasn't turning out the way I wanted it to, so I restarted (I didn't get a picture of that one). I am starting this pot but I didn't have time to finish how I want it to look. There aren't a lot of cracks but I am having trouble keeping everything the same thickness.

For my first pot I made a circular pot and I tried to make the sides kind of straight. For the second pot I was aiming to made an oval pot and I think I did really well. I can tell I am getting faster at making them and I'm using my time more effectively.
